Fulfillment. Abundance. Inspiration. Flow. Joy.
…the experience of not only finding your purpose but living your purpose will bring about all the above.
There’s a lot of pressure to feel like your purpose must somehow translate into a career or business idea.
This isn’t necessarily the case, though it can be.
Ultimately- your purpose is to be YOU and create a life that fully supports YOU being YOU.
Its a return to self, a coming-home, a deconditioning process.
Finding your purpose is more about getting clear on what you are not and what keeps you from being you.
I know this process can feel overwhelming, stressful or confusing.
I’ve narrowed it down to 5 action items you can start with when beginning the journey of finding your purpose.
We ALL have a purpose and a mission that our soul chose.
All we have to do is get out of the way and uncover what it is we’re meant to do and accomplish in this life.
If you’re looking for a place to start, try the following.
5 Things That Will Help You Find Your Purpose
Get clear about what ISN’T working in your life.
What in your life zaps your joy? Are there certain environments or people who make you feel drained?
Name all of the things in your life that feel dreadful, draining or dull. Call them out on paper so that you can come to terms with the misalignment.
Getting clear on what ISN’T for you is just as important as getting clear on what IS.
Get clear about what IS working in your life.
What about your life feels enjoyable, inspiring, exciting? Are there certain times or things you look forward to most? Describe those situations and the details that excite you.
If you can’t really think of anything- what ideas or visions bring you joy?
Following the things that make us feel good is often a strong indicator that our soul purpose is intertwined in there somewhere.
Acknowledge your gifts, talents and strengths.
Consider what things you are naturally gifted at and what things come easiest to you.
Is there something specific that people tend to come to only YOU for? Is there something you always get tons of compliments on? These are good indicators of our gifts and what we’re meant to contribute to the world.
>You can also look into your astrology chart, human design chart and gene keys to gain insight on the things you are naturally adept at.
Take note of the challenges that you’ve solved in your life.
The challenges or hardships you’ve been through can show where you may have developed strengths that are valuable to others. Your wisdom and experience navigating specific challenges can translate into a beautiful purpose or even business idea.
This can span over lifetimes too! (more on that in another article)
An example of this is always playing the role of the helper or the strong one.
Identify how you like to express yourself.
Knowing the mediums that you prefer to express yourself through will enable you to manage your energy better and can also point to aspects of your purpose.
Even if your preferred self-expression modality isn’t exactly related to your purpose, it can serve as an important outlet. This helps create mental & spiritual clarity so you can take the correct aligned actions.
I go much deeper into this process in my group program Prosperity Path. A huge part of this self discovery work is clearing away everything that is NOT you and fine tuning your gifts and mission.
There’s layers to the journey of finding yourself and finding your soul calling… having clear steps and methods for discovery makes a huge difference and speeds up the process!
No time to waste here on this earth plane. The world needs your full, true expression.

Great reminder that finding our purpose is not about conforming to societal expectations or fitting into a specific career mold. Instead, it’s a journey of self-discovery, authenticity, and uncovering what truly brings us joy and fulfillment!
