Here are a few morning rituals you can add to set your day off on the right vibe.
No phone for the first hour
…Or first few hours upon waking. Tune into and care for your energy before being bombarded by the online world.
Get up early (or on at least on a schedule)
Having a set schedule and getting enough sleep is critical to our wellbeing and ability to thrive. Try going to bed earlier, and rising with the sun.

Set the vibe + create a sacred space.
Light some incense, a candle, or burn some sage or palo santo. (Be sure to source and use it ethically) Make your bed. Open the blinds.
Tune into your chakras + connect to your breath.
I practice balancing and energizing my chakras each morning by taking a moment to breathe into each one. Simply take a deep inhale, and imagine that breath flowing to and energizing your root chakra (at the base of your spine). Envision its red light glowing bright. Continue and repeat upwards until you reach the crown chakra.
(Root: Red, Sacral: Orange, Solar Plexus: Yellow, Heart Chakra: Green, Throat Chakra: Blue, Third Eye: Indigo, Crown: Violet or White)
Center back to your heart chakra.
Picture an emerald light glowing from your heart chakra in the center of your chest and envision it emanating throughout your whole body. Send some of this light to the people you care about, or anyone who comes to mind that you feel called to send light forth to.
Practice gratitude.
Each morning, make it a habit to begin the day with thinking of things you are grateful for. Instead of waking up with dread or negativity, make it a point to choose grateful thoughts for the first part of your day.
Reflect on or journal your dreams.
Our dreams carry so many messages for us and can help us gain clarity and heal on our journey. If you don’t already, start making some time each morning to reflect on your dreams and write them down. Research dream symbols online or flex your intuitive muscle and interpret the meaning behind your dreams. If you struggle to remember them, try burning some mugwort before you go to bed each night.
Bathe.
Take a shower and bring the intention to cleanse not just your body but your energy too. Use a salt scrub to help carry away and draw out any negative energy that may be hanging around in your aura. Afterwards, moisturize your body with an enriching body oil or lotion and essential oils- thank your body for all it does for you.
Protect your energy.
I love to carry orgone shungite with me each day for energy protection. I also have a sticker that stays on my phone to help protect from EMFs. I also like to envision a bright white bubble of light surrounding my aura and protecting my all day.

Play some frequency music.
I love this sacral chakra healing track. Letting it play in the background of your morning is a great way to feel alive and connected to your creative energy. Its also great for meditation.
Throughout the day.
Stay hydrated. Eat nourishing foods that call to you. Move your body- stretch, exercise, walk. Get sunshine and fresh air. Do what makes you happy and commit to doing 5 things each day that bring you closer to your goals.
