What is Manifestation?
Manifestation is the process of co-creating with the universe. It takes conscious, aligned effort on our part and radical trust in the magic of the universe.
I’m a believer in practical manifestation.
Meaning for the best results, you need to be clear on what you want and be able to take consistent aligned action towards your goal.

While I love scripting, affirmations, rituals, spells and alllll the manifesting rituals- I’ve seen the most incredible results when I’ve been doing “the work.”
You know- being willing to heal my conscious and subconscious blocks (hello shadow work), letting go of excuses, amping up my self-worth & self-belief, and the least popular- taking daily actions that move me towards my goal.
The amount of work you put in is the amount of leverage you have over the universe. More work, more magic. IMHO. (in my humble opinion)

How can we use crystals for manifesting?
So, with all that in mind- crystals can be a great help in the manifestation process. They can help you to see clearly where you may be blocking yourself, help you find the energy to take action, protect you from negative energy and yes even attract good luck outta nowhere.
There’s no one best way to use crystals for manifesting, it just depends on what feels best to you and fits your lifestyle.
Here are some ideas of ways you can use the manifestation crystals to amplify your manifesting intentions.
Some ways to use crystals for manifestation:
- Making a crystal grid
- Carrying in your pocket
- Carrying in your purse
- Carrying in your wallet
- Wearing it at jewelery
- Take (depending on the crystal) them in a crystal tincture
- Add them to your cacao (if they’re liquid safe)
- Wear them in a crystal spray or infused oil
- Hold them in meditation

Using Crystals for Manifestation Intentionally
It is important to note that we have to use crystals intentionally. Simply purchasing and storing or wearing them isn’t quite as powerful as actually placing mindful intentions into them before use.
You can do this by holding your crystal in between your palms and tuning into it’s energy. Notice how it feels- do you notice any heaviness, tingling, energy bursts?
Its good to cleanse your crystals before programming them with a specific intention.

Once you’ve cleansed and connected with your crystal- ask it to assist you in your manifestation process. Maybe you need assistance removing obstacles or attracting opportunities for you to say yes to- whatever it is, set your intention and ask your crystal to assist with that.
Throughout this process you may notice a feeling of incongruence or misalignment- it could be that the crystal you’ve chosen isn’t quite right for the assignment. If you experience this, try experimenting with different crystals until you get a discerning feeling of “yes, this is the one!”

Best Crystals for Manifesting
1. Citrine: attract abundance
Citrine is one of my top favorite crystals. It carries such a high and joyful vibration, perfect for manifestation. Citrine is known as the “merchants stone” and a stone of abundance with the ability to attract money and opportunity. It can also help with creativity which is an important energy to cultivate when we’re in the “taking action” phase of manifestation.

2. Aventurine: boost optimism & attract prosperity
Aventurine is a wonderful crystal to use for manifestation and one of the reasons is its ability to soothe and heal the heart chakra.
The heart chakra is our energetic center for receiving- so when we are doing the work and calling in our desires, having some support in this energy center is super beneficial.
Many times it can be hard for us to receive- especially for those of us who identify as empaths or healers… When we are used to over giving (maybe even on the edge of people-pleasing) it can create an imbalance in the heart chakra.
This makes it hard for us to actually receive what we want.
Using aventurine as a crystal for manifestation is a great idea. It’s also said to be a great stone for boosting confidence, attracting prosperity and bringing optimism to the mind.

3. Rose Quartz: manifest love
Rose quartz is one of the first crystals I started working with when I began my journey with crystal healing and manifestation.
Its pink, soft and loving energy is helpful in manifesting love. It helps a ton with boosting our ability to practice good self-love which of course affects our energy and makes us more receptive to love in general.

4. Clear Quartz: amplify intentions
Clear quartz is very cleansing and revitalizing. It’s also said to be an amplifier of our intentions. Clear quartz is one of those stones you can program to assist with almost anything, including manifestation.
It really supports spiritual growth, clearing, healing and amplifying our intuition.
When using clear quartz crystals for manifestation- its important to set your intentions and ask it to assist with whatever it is you’re manifesting.
You can also ask it to assist in the clearing process- removing anything that is not a vibrational match for the reality you desire.

5. Black Obsidian: clear manifestation blocks
When I was in fourth grade, we took a field trip to the Maidu (Niseanan) Museum. That experience greatly influenced the trajectory of my life and gave me access to perspectives and knowledge that I’m still grateful for today… I can elaborate on that in another post, but I mention it because this is where I was first introduced to black obsidian.
While browsing through the shop inside the museum, I came across a black obsidian spearhead and was captivated.
At the time, I didn’t know much about its properties, but I was intrigued nonetheless. I still have that little spearhead today and now I know much more about it than I did then!
Black obsidian is a great crystal to use in your manifestation process because it helps to clear blocks and protect you from negative energies that may influence your path.
If you feel like you’re constantly drained or foggy when trying to manifest- try using black obsidian to clear away those energies. You can also ask it to protect your manifestations and send away anything that is not supportive of your highest good.
6. Red Jasper: ground your manifestations
I added jasper to this list of crystals for manifestation because it’s really important to stay grounded.
When manifesting, it’s easy to try and operate from/ connect to the higher chakras… we talk about attraction and quantum leaping and the universe and abundance, but none of those things can be experienced without proper grounding in this (3D) reality.

I love to sleep with amethyst under my pillow and use it as a tool help me remember my dreams (which is a great way to stay connected to your truth, heal on a deeper level, and strengthen your intuition).

9. Moonstone: manifest in alignment
When manifesting, it’s important to stay aligned with your truth. I find manifestation works a lot better when we are focused on things that actually connect to our purpose and our ability to thrive as our authentic selves.
