It’s time to start seeing with your spiritual eyes. The spiritual work you’ve been doing is a reflection of your truth for this lifetime. You may have been searching externally for answers, overlooking the wisdom that’s within. Seek to understand the message of your soul and understand that the answers you need will come from inside yourself. 🐘Protection:
As you elevate your vibration on the path of spiritual awakening, it’s important to protect your energy. Remember to set boundaries and say no when you need to. Ganesha is known to oversee the angels of protection- Know that you can access this loving, supportive and guarding energy anytime you need. All you have to do is ask. 🐘Fulfillment:
The message of fulfillment comes to remind us that regardless of our goals- learning more will only amplify the results. Maybe it’s time for a new book or spiritual guidance. Know that the more questions you ask, the more answers you will find. Sometimes information that appears useless in the moment can greatly benefit us later on. Practice using your skills of discernment when taking in new information. Not everything is for you. Likewise sometimes things ARE for us when we think they’re not. Remain open to possibilities as you walk on your path towards fulfillment. That which you desire is already yours. 🌔✨🔮

This is one of my angels 💖 He’s had a bit of a journey- struggles with anxiety & impulse control. Might sound a little funny but I’ve actually learned a ton from this dog. Not only about anxiety & psychology, but about love & loyalty too. I promise I’m not trying to sound cheesy... Animals really are some of our greatest teachers and we can learn from them if we pay attention. They understand nature and love.
They understand emotions and family. If you’ve read the about page on my blog you’d know- my dogs are heart chakra expanders 😄 A few things I’ve learned from Gus are patience (which can be a challenge for my triple Aries self), consistency and commitment. We used to not be able to have people come over to our house because he would get too stressed. He’d bark excessively, sometimes lunge, and basically be impossible to settle. It wasn’t worth the trouble. Long story short- we found an incredible trainer who was able to help us. But honestly, following through on the training is one of the hardest things I’ve done. He was (and sometimes still is) a hard case. But it was either follow through on the training we’d learned or get rid of him. Obviously we couldn’t get rid of him (heart chakra expander aka heart strings tugger, remember!) So my partner and I got serious about helping Gus learn how to make successful choices amidst his anxiety. He had triggers and what we’d call “issues” 😅 but hes also always been the most loving and loyal dog- to us. No one else tho. 😂 He was and is so worth the extra attention (ahem, and money💰- good trainers arent cheap) and I’m happy to share that he’s almost a completely different dog. He still has his moments where his lil shadow self creeps up to the surface and he starts to act wild. But you can see it in his face- he’s trying to make a better decision. And most of the time, he does. It’s been so rewarding to watch him face something that would have previously caused him to lose his mind, and instead decide to either remove himself or go lay on his bed. There’s a few morals to this story, but the main message is follow through. Great changes and growth don’t happen overnight. To be continued.✨

Self-Care for Empaths✨ One of the best ways to get our power back and avoid getting drained as an empath is self-care. These three are the most essential for me, maybe they will be for you too. When we practice grounding, clearing and giving ourselves alone time to recharge- we can experience what it’s like to actually be replenished by our empathic abilities, instead of drained or overwhelmed. Top 3 Self-Care Actions for Empaths⤵️ 1️⃣ GROUNDING 🌳✨ One of the most essential tools not only for empath self-care but for empath EMPOWERMENT is grounding. When we ground our energy and connect to the earth + the present moment, we are able to clearly see what is ours and what is not. This helps maintain a balance amongst all the emotions we may pick up from others. When we’re grounded, we can release. 2️⃣CLEARING/RELEASING 💆🏻‍♀️✨ An empowered empath knows that this is not only POSSIBLE but essential. Learning how to clear and release emotional debris (not just from others but our own as well!) is one of the best ways empaths can take care of themselves. Let it go! 3️⃣ALONE TIME🧘🏻‍♀️✨ Sacred alone time. If you’re an empath, it’s likely you already value alone time. If not and you’re starting to notice yourself feeling drained- give it a try. When we are alone, it’s much easier to decipher what energy is ours or not. Learning to take alone time is one of the best ways we can care for ourselves. This little stone is so powerful. One of my spiritual teachers, @tamarajeanlife recommended this to me a few years ago. It’s a wonderful crystal for connecting to the earth (grounding yourself) and powerful for assisting you in putting complete trust in your higher self and your unique path. I’ve had some really profound visions meditating with this one... it’s definitely one to work with when you’re ready to dive deep and get comfortable with your truth and do some shadow healing. It revealed to me the ways in which my ego was holding me back. Comparison, entitlement, impatience... yup. Had to let them go. This stone will humble you, but also assist you pretty quick😅 It reveals some of our “dark side” or shadow self, but that doesn’t have to deter you. It beams a web of light around you- providing the perfect container for you to release that stuff and step into your new light. I’ve said this before but will share again- healing and spiritual awakening isn’t just about the “fun” stuff. It’s not all love and light. The true awakening and expansion comes after we’ve done the deep work. The messy stuff. The parts we repress. Getting comfortable with the parts of ourselves that we’ve previously hidden from the world. It’s about loving and accepting ALL of you. And ALL of others too. Nows the time to dive deep. You coming?
